The Reich Effect Remix Competition Result
This afternoon Nialler9 announced the results of the recent remix competition held in the run up to next weeks The Reich Effect with the winner confirmed as Denis Clifford from Cork for his remix of “Drumming”.
Jim Carroll, Gavin Friday, Stevie G, Donal Dineen and Nialler9 himself selected a shortlist of five and then Steve Reich himself chose Denis as the overall winner.

The Reich Effect i.e. a musical feast laid on by Cork Opera House to mark the 75th year of Pulitzer Prize Winner Steve Reich, kicks off on Wednesday 27th July with a screening of Phase To Face, a film by Eric Darmon & Frank Mallet, and will be followed by a Steve Reich public interview with John Kelly.
