Legendary photographer exhibits extraordinary collection in Cork…
Star snapper Terry O’Neill will launch a major exhibition (and the Londoner’s first) in Cork on the 24th January followed by a book signing on the following day.

The former jazz drummer has caught on film music royalty such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Marianne Faithfull not to mention Hollywood stars Ava Gardner, Paul Newman, Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway who he would later marry. Other interesting facts from the man’s memorable 75 years on the planet include:
leaving the infamous Tate party two hours before Charles Manson’s minions arrived
producing covers for Time, Newsweek, Stern, Paris Match, The Sunday Times Magazine, Vanity Fair
discovering a 15-year-old soon to be supermodel Jodie Kidd on a beach in Barbados
his father was born and raised on Blarney Street in Cork itself
An exhibition of Terry O’Neill‘s work will take place at Cork City Hall (open 9-5 Mon-Fri) and
CIT Wandesford Quay Gallery (10-6, Tues to Sat & until 8pm on Thursdays) from Friday January 25th to Saturday February 23rd.
