Grant Hart AND The Great Balloon Race play free shows in Cork…

Grant Hart returns to Cork this weekend a little earlier than previously planned with a 5pm show in Plugd Records. The former Hüsker Dü man returns to Leeside with his newly formed group The Burn/The Burning consisting of musicians assembled from various Cork bands. This special acoustic performance is free in so get there early.

Before that, for those up and about and free to frolic on a Friday afternoon, make your way to Cork School of Music for a another free gig, this time courtesy of local jazz-prog princes The Great Balloon Race who play the Stack Theatre at 1pm. Again this is FREE in so get your skates on.
