Playlist #781 opens with a Cork one: BABYRAT‘s debut single Roses came out on 17th September, and they’ve just announced their first Irish headline tour. Charlie Parr‘s Rooming House is the title track of his folk opera due on Smithsonian Folkways on 16th October with more from Penelope Isles, Greg Freeman, Gurriers, Julia Jacklin and Slow Pulp who all have new albums just released or on the way. low trees favourites Boa Morte, also from Cork, slip in there with new single Bird That Flies, earning rave reviews in publications across the water.
