Thee Silver Mt. Zion violinist in Cork…

It’s not often an avant-klezmer violinist from Montreal visits Cork so Jessica Moss’ mid-November visit should set fiddle fans’ heart a-flutter. An integral branch of the ever-changing Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra and founding member of Black Ox Orkestar, Moss has collaborated extensively with Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Fugazi and Dirty Three and traverses the Atlantic to bring the cerebral musings of Pools of Light – her début solo album – to Plugd Records.*

Moss will also play The Workman’s Club, Dublin with Greg Fox Quadrinity on Tuesday 13th November.
