Sounds From a Safe Harbour returns with big hitters in tow…

The National will play Cork Opera House 16th September as part of the returning Sounds From a Safe Harbour, a coup for Cork seeing as the Ohio fivesome are well used to playing to thousands. The festival, which lit up Cork when it first occurred two years ago, formed close ties with The National’s Bryce Dessner who performed in 2015. The band also just announced an 8th September release date for Sleep Well Beast, their 7th studio album. Pre-sale tickets available from 16th May at 10am and general sale on Friday 19th May.
