Jazz – Plugd style…
Colin Stetson, Sarah Neufeld, Inga Copeland, Masayoshi Fujita and more all pile into various corners of Cork’s Triskel Arts Centre as part of the 2015 Jazz Festival celebrations. There will be lots of free events taking place throughout the day in the lovely Gulpd Café but see below for the main events organised and curated by Ireland’s best record shop: Plugd Records.

What?: Ann Arbor horn god Colin Stetson teams up with Montréal violinist Sarah Neufeld to play pieces from their extraordinary new collaborative album Never Were The Way She Was.

What?: Masayoshi Fujita is a Japanese vibraphonist and composer based in Berlin. Masa first learned how to play the drums, followed by extensive vibraphone training to craft and play his own, mostly jazz and electronic-influenced compositions.
