It’s the first The G-Man presents…show of 2015 so apologies for the lazing about but I promise we’ll burst out of that bubble with a bang thanks to August Wells. Friday. 11th September. Coughlan’s. All the details are here or just go stir crazy altogether and buy tickets here. Thrilled to say an exciting special guest will be announced on Wednesday. Are you excited? I’m excited!

Saturday tosses a number of options up into the air: local events crew Alliance Promotions present their latest Crane Lane Theatre show featuring Beatnik Hurricane, David Keenan and Transmission Club while electro-popsters Young Wonder get Cyprus Avenue going. Those more metally inclined go seek out Pilgrimage in Pine Lodge. Loud rock brought to you by Horse, Wild Rocket, Soothsayer and more beside the beach down Myrtleville way. What better way to wave goodbye to the summer.
