Grab your helmet and torch as we’re going back under the ground…

Cork Opera House‘s excellent subterranean session The Cave returns to Mitchelstown caves this Summer with another half dozen or so artists unveiled last week including This Is The Kit, whose only visits to Cork previously (2013 and 2014) had been as part of The G-Man Presents… promotions. The Paris-based folkies will be joined by local pianist Jack O’Rourke on the night of the 19th July with David Kitt, Margie Jean Lewis (17th July) and Lisa O’Neill and Slow Skies (18th July) completing the three day line-up. The caves are cute but cramped so make sure to grab your tickets early as there won’t be many available.
