Festival: Quarter Countdown

Southern Hospitality Board‘s Aisling O’Riordan and Caoilian Sherlock continue their daily run of “make-sure-you-bloody-well-see-these-right?”i.e. one more great band and one more super event taking place at this weekend’s Quarter Block Party.

Who?: The Altered Hours
Where?: Cork Vision Centre
When?: Saturday – 8pm
Why?: “We are all very big Altered Hours fans and are delighted to be putting them on in the beautiful setting of the Vision Centre! This show will be quite different in that the Altered Hours will be showcasing songs that have never found it into their sets previously. A little bit stripped back but most certainly still full on!”

Who?: Team of the Decades
Where?: Meet outside Wagamama
When?: Saturday – 12pm, 2pm & 4pm
Why?: “Will Dickie‘s show Team of the Decades will take place a little off site from the Festival and goes through the highs and lows of sports and the relationships that form. A beautiful piece that will tug at your heart strings and put you through your paces”
