Following a delayed flight back from Zurich (what a beautiful – but expensive – place), this week’s gig round-up is going to be short and sweet with Thursday being the night of nights over these next six days. Illinois acid-string duo Kathleen Baird and Taralie Peterson aka Spires That In The Sunset Rise’s visit Gulpd Café*, Coughlans take no rest following their 2014 music festival following up with an-away-from-home (taking place in The Oliver Plunkett) double-header featuring Marc O’Reilly and The Hard Ground and Adrian Crowley cannot get enough of Cork, the songsmith teaming up with Jusin Grounds & Ilse DeZiah in L’Atitude 51 as part of East Cork Early Music.
