Kim and Evans fulfill first of four Quarters…

Richter Collective/Community Of Independents/Hands Up Who Wants To Die‘s Barry Lennon’s latest brainchild will see some of Ireland’s most respected musicians team up for four different dates in Whelan’s of Wexford Street. Working under the title Seven Quarters, Katie Kim and Jennifer Evans have been announced for the first show on 25th April with entry seeing the first 150 arrivals receive a free limited edition 7″ featuring unreleased tracks recorded especially by both artists.

The run of shows takes place as part of Whelan’s 25th anniversary year with the second date already confirmed for Friday, 20th June. Katie Kim is set to play Cork next weekend as part of Plugd Records‘ St. Patrick’s Day weekend celebrations. For the full rundown see the official event here.
