Broken Bells ring in Paris…
Mercer & Burton may sound more like a high street jewellery chain than a musical match made in heaven which probably explains why The Shins mastermind and producer extraordinaire Danger Mouse opted for the more suitable moniker of Broken Bells when choosing a title for their unlikely team-up. Performing stripped-down renditions of ‘The Changing Lights’ and ‘October’, the duo recently caught up for an appearance on La Blogotheque.
