New music: Quilt
Quick, cover me in Quilt…
‘Arctic Shark’ may have featured on a past G-Man Playlist but I simply had to give the Boston triad of John Andrews, Anna Rochinski and Shane Butler a specific mention in a post all of their own. With second record Held in Splendor on the way Stateside at the end of the month, hopefully the psych-pop threesome may meander across the Atlantic for a few dates. I can feel a daisy-chain crown atop my bounce just thinking about it. Note: Held in Splendor features a cameo appearance by guitar virtuoso and recent visitor to Cork Daniel Bachman, a long-time Quilt pal.
