Festival News: Coughlan’s Line-up Complete
Mystery guest revealed as Douglas Street venue confirms line-up…
With the likes of the Mercury Music Prize-nominated Lisa Hannigan and the eternally under-rated Iarla Ó Lionáird announced mid-Summer (full details here), Coughlan’s completed their 2013 Music Festival line-up officially announcing the Sunday headliner with a launch party in the venue itself on Friday evening.
Beginning on Thursday 26th September with The Hard Ground and John Blek & The Rats, the Douglas Street venue will also welcome O Emperor, Wallis Bird, The Man Whom, Anna Mitchell, Cathy Davey and Elly O’Keefe before Cork’s own chart-topper Mick Flannery plays a set which will feature Alphastates frontwoman turned soloist Cat Dowling as a special guest. Tickets are zipping out so get in quick for this one.
