New music: Happy Families

The Sonic Cathedral family is happier than ever…

Legendary London label Sonic Cathedral have announced the 15th July as the date new signing Happy Families will release their début record. Comprised of Lawrence Chandler (formerly of East Village duo Bowery Electric) and Lucia Rivero, ‘New Forgetting’ is a feedback-drenched wonderland for shoe-gaze enthusiasts to explore and enjoy with a reworking of The Ramones‘ ‘I Remember You’ promised for the b-side. For those situated across the water, Happy Families play London’s East End Live on 13th July.
