New album: Phosphorescent
Matthew Houck thankfully returns with a follow up to the outstanding Here’s To Taking It Easy…
The 2010 record boosted the profile of the Alabamian’s Phosphorescent alt-country project greatly, with bookings for major European festivals the direct consequence on this side of the Atlantic. ‘Song for Zula’ is our first listen to Muchacho – set for release in Spring – a record mostly written from a hut down Mexico way. Some folks are really living the life eh?
