Streaming: Mark Eitzel

Mark Eitzel, American Music Club‘s crooning conductor, returns with solo record Don’t Be A Stranger.

Released on Merge Records, the North Carolina label has teamed up with Paste magazine to make the singer’s first recordings since his heart-attack in May of last year available to stream online.

The sage of self-deprecation recently took time out to speak with possible future G-Man Blog contributor Colm McAuliffe “about facing death, growing older and leaving his old band behind”. Read the interview in full here.
