Watford sisters The Staves return to Ireland in November with a headlining date confirmed for Whelan’s in November.
Who knows why it took so long for them to cross the channel in the first place but they are racking up the Irish passport stamps ever since; Support slots for James Vincent McMorrow and Michael Kiwanuka preceded headline slots in smaller venues for a trio – no longer just an acoustic/harmony act – who are yet to release an album, the latter being sorted in the Autumn with the release of debut Dead And Born And Grown on the 19th October. Emily, Jessica and Camilla will also pay a visit to Stradbally in September as part of the growing Electric Picnic line-up.
