New music: Milo Greene

My favourite band of the moment: Milo Greene.

While studying at University in California, founding members Robbie Arnett, Andrew Heringer and Marlana Sheetz “created a character named Milo Greene, sending out emails in his name to promote their creative endeavors.” Heringer and Sheetz‘s move to San Francisco did not perturb the cross-state demoing of songs with Arnett, coinciding with the additions of Curtis Marrero and Graham Fink whose collaboration would soon taking the working title of Milo Greene.

Delicately constructed shoegaze-folk is a tag that fits quite nicely I think. Not a single European date in sight as of yet but fingers crossed for the new year. In the meantime enjoy the videos below.
