The results are in! Two competitions have been running consecutively on the blog for the past week or two: comp 1 was to win tickets to Justice who launch Live at the Marquee on June 7th while comp 2 gave the chance to catch 20 piece orchestra Alarm Will Sound perform John Cage’s 1970 magnum opus Song Books in Cork Opera House the night before (Wednesday, June 6th).
The winners have been notified but to avoid sneaky folk “doing one”, the name’s will not be announced. However the replies to my lovely accompanying tie-breaker question’s shall.
Justice Question: A description of your perfect sunny day.
Winner’s reply: My perfect sunny day would involve me finally buying prescription sunglasses so I could sit in the glorious sunshine and be able to see perfectly. I have empathy for Stevie Wonder as I know what it is like to be totally blind on a sunny day. Ah the dream…clear vision, a pint and some good company.
