Record Store Day 2012: Or should I say Record Store Gay?
A very special pop-up record shop and mini music festival is set to be erected at Outhouse on Capel Street, all in the name of Record Store Day 2012.
Entry is free with the line-up including the excellent Hello Moon, School Tour among other super local bands with proceedings kicking off at 2pm.
A compilation containing various different versions of “queer classics” will be available to buy on the day. Two personal favourites come from Yawning Chasm (‘Big Gay Heart’ originally by The Lemonheads) and Lovesea & T (‘A Little Respect’ originally by Erasure).
