New EP: Hidden Highways
Carol Anne McGowan and Tim V. Smyth, now known as Hidden Highways, are set to release their self-titled, first EP of “stripped down folk and raw boned country”.
Friday week (April 20th) has been confirmed as the date we can get our mitts on the Out On A Limb couple’s first ever physical release which can be streamed on the duo’s bandcamp page or player below.
There is not much country being released on these shores these days so Hidden Highways have an empty road ahead of them which they fully intend to exploit judging by the four gorgeous tracks that have been whispering sweet nothings into my innocent ear-holes these past fifteen minutes or so. Beautifully tender stuff.
