Next big things Alabama Shakes, 50’s throwbacks Kitty, Daisy & Lewis, author/Richmond Fontaine leader Willy Vlautin: the 2012 Kilkenny Rhythm & Roots festival is really shaping up for something special in a few weeks time.
Another name to add to that list is Texan fiddle player Amanda Shires who returns off her own bat, having performed at the event previously as part of Jason Isbel & thee 400 Unit who will perform on every day of the May bank holiday gathering.
