Silje Nes
Silje Nes popped up on my radar when her second release – Opticks – was pushed on me by Albert in Plugd Records on Tobin Street (then on Caroline Street) but praise the pope he did so.
It has been a few months since I stuck the Norwegian instrumentalist’s, currently signed to Fat Cat, long-player on the old music box but recently the little “boop boops” went off in my head again when I stumbled across live music website Attic Addict who uploaded some great footage of Nes at work.
