Irish to reign at Eurosonic
For three days later this week, the Dutch city of Groningen will be filled with a staggering amount of live gigs as over 180 bands perform (often multiple times) across 20+ venues to hundreds of music journalists, record labels, festival promoters and maybe even to some fans!
Europe’s equivalent of SXSW in the U.S. has now been running for over twenty years and the 2012 edition features Ireland as the focus country. The good news is we are well represented (by both established and not-so-established acts) with all 21 Irish artists listed below :
