Cork Midsummer Festival’s Spiegeltent Finds New Location
The Cork Midsummer Festival, which runs from June 11th-26th this year, have announced that the Spiegeltent will return to Cork as part of the 2011 festivities but that it will have a new home this year.

As part of their proud commitment to celebrate all that is great about Cork, Murphy’s have stepped up on behalf of the Festival to ensure that the popular pop-up venue is an integral part of this year’s Festival.
The Murphy’s Spiegeltent will be situated in a brand new location, on the old Beamish and Crawford Brewery on South Main Street. Of the Murphy’s partnership, Kath Gorman of the Cork Midsummer Festival said “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Murphy’s. We have a very exciting line-up this summer and it promises to be the best Spiegeltent yet.“
Word has it that Murphy’s will use the temporary venue to host a number of their Little Big Nights Out events which have featured the likes of Florence & The Machine, Ash, White Lies and many more over the past couple of years.
The only performing artist confirmed so far is the marvellous Camille O’Sullivan, now a regular performer at the annually-held Summer festival.
